Ruben has served local congregations since 1981. He has served as an associate pastor, capital stewardship campaign consultant, stewardship consultant and foundation president. Ruben is passionate about empowering Christians to be as generous, and believes there is an abundance of resources available to congregations for every good work that they are called to do. He has a Masters of Divinity degree with a concentration in church and denominational administration from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, Louisville, KY. Ann Updegraff Spleth
Ann is an ordained minister with congregational and denominational staff experience. She brings to her ministry role academic credentials that include a Master of Divinity degree from Vanderbilt University Divinity School and a Doctor of Ministry from the School of Theology at Claremont. As a master teacher for The Fund Raising School of the Center on Philanthropy at Indiana University, she helps congregations, denominations and faith-based organizations clarify their mission and increase ways to support it. Her credentials in this area include being a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE), and she holds the Certificate in Fundraising Management from The Fund Raising School. Don Durham
Don's ministry and work experience include serving as president of the Cooperative Baptist Fellowship Foundation headquartered, Atlanta; development director for United Methodist Family Services in Richmond, VA; vice president for foundation development for the Albright Care Foundation of Lewisburg, PA; and, as an assistant to the president and director of gift planning for Gardner-Webb University in Boiling Springs, NC. Don is a graduate Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, KY (M.Div, 1994). He has done additional study in economics, charitable gift planning, and non-profit organizational management. Larry's ministry and work experience includes serving as founding pastor of a thriving church in the Houston area, he saw his congregation excel in growth and personal stewardship. He has spent the past 26 years consulting with churches through a ministry of stewardship and generosity. He has led more than 175 campaigns, each with its own dynamic challenges, and has led multiple campaigns in more than 20 of these churches.

Norman's ministry and work experience includes more than a generation of work as a journalist and public relations specialist, and as a fundraiser for non-profit organizations. In recent years he has been editor of a denominational news magazine.
